Hop Hop Blog

Been doing lots of reading and surfing on the web lately …to get ideas and check out what everybody is  into.  I’ve also heard that this is the best way to get one’s name out there.  This is probably why you haven’t seen any new posts lately.  This may sound stupid and old, which by the way I’m NOT.  Perhaps I’m just in denial…who knows.   I am simply amazed at the wealth of information and the amount of materials there are out there, how rapidly ideas travel and how people are intertwined with one another — I am just in awe of how everyone can come up with these awesome and genius topics to posts.  Crap, I sound disgustingly old.   Alright, I’m JEALOUS.  You got me.  Ha Ha.

Blogrolls and links are great.  It allows one to hop from one site to another.  Good thing I bookmark all the good ones I found otherwise I wouldn’t be able to find my way back.  My IE favorite is about several pages long.  I can probably create some kind of directory with all the links I have.  Anyway, I found Mrs. Flinger that had an interesting post about getting out of bloggy slump and be inspired.  Oooh, I love her retro vector illustration she has on her blog.  From there it took me to theBloggess who had me laughing and cracking up (husband & bubba are stars!).  Bubba reminds me of Patty’s kitty, Ms. Snowy.  Ms. Snowy is also cream white Persian cat and they recently shaved her lovely coat off too.  In fact, she looks pretty skinny and sad in her new styled coat.  I will try and have Patty post a picture of Ms.  Snowy so you can see their similarity minus the cone.  Ms Snowy is one spoiled and feisty kitty.  I later visited Vanilla Mist where now I know where to go to if I want to change my blog theme.  I stumble into one of Vanilla Mist’s old post from 2005 and even posted a comment.

I left my footprint on all the sites I have visited.  I wonder how many people will link back to me from those visits…
