Teddy Bare
I came upon this image as I was stumbling through another stumbler’s page on StumbleUpon. My first reaction was amusement followed by “what the heck?!” This led me to an all important question: What do teddy bears do when no one is around to observe or manhandle them??
To me the bear looks like it was caught in some naughty pose - surprised in the act of disrobing and about to do something naughty (don’t ask me why I got that imagery). It was pretty disturbing to me. My friend whom I had share the image with thought I was nuts. To her, it seems like the teddy bear was in the process of taking his outer layer off, as in how some animals shed their skin/shell/hair when spring comes around. She thought the image was strange but not disturbing in the way I was thinking. Guess I have a warped mind.
I then asked someone who has 2 teddy bears sitting on her desk at work what she thought her bears did after hours. She said her bears are good bears, of course, and they don’t do anything. Yeah, okay…
What do you see when you look at this picture? And more importantly, what do teddy bears do when no one is around???

Seems like a great idea for those kids that get their stuffed toys all grimey with dirt or food. Just take the “fur” off, wash and it’s good to go!
